Some great sessions today - although we were freezing in morning and afternoon - you can't tell in these shots!

First, an early morning engagement session with Melissa and Tripp at the Kennedy Center and Lincoln Memorial. They met at GW as freshman in college, and both worked at the Kennedy Center restaurant while in school. After many years of dating, Tripp popped the question, after a taking a surprise flight to  Texas to ask her father for his permission. This was the first shot of the morning - love the connection between them!

 And this was probably the last shot of the day...

Congratulations Tripp and Melissa!

And then this afternoon, I went back to Georgetown to do another family session with Angela and Matt. Hank and Jude are just the cutest kids ever. It was so much fun to work with you guys again! Thanks for hanging in there with the freezing cold!
